Start With the Mandate. We Connect the AI Infrastructure Ecosystem.
Linkpoint helps infrastructure funds, private equity, private credit, strategic capital, family offices, and equipment-finance providers access qualified AI infrastructure opportunities and the counterparties needed to advance them.
Confidential conversations. Relevant fit. Clear commercial terms.
What you can access
AI infrastructure is broader than ground-up data centers.
The right opportunity is not defined by the label "AI." It is defined by asset quality, demand, delivery, cash flow, and risk allocation.
Qualification before introductions
What makes an opportunity worth your time.
We are not a listing service. Before an opportunity reaches capital, we build a practical view of seven things.
Asset
What is financed or acquired
Demand
Tenant, customer, or revenue path
Power and infrastructure
Real status of power, control, and delivery
Commercial path
Sale, lease, JV, equity, debt, or equipment finance
Counterparties
Sponsor, developer, operator, tenant, and partners
Timing
Decision window, phases, and in-service target
Risk and diligence
What is confirmed and what remains open
The first output is not necessarily a deal. It is clarity on whether an introduction, a sourcing path, diligence, or a pause is the right next move.
How we work with capital
Existing fit first. Focused sourcing when needed.
- 1
Qualify the mandate
Criteria, structure, involvement, diligence, and decision path.
- 2
Assess ecosystem fit
Active opportunities and counterparties across sites, power, demand, and technology.
- 3Existing fit
Make targeted introductions
Direct introductions with context and confidentiality. No unqualified teasers.
- 4Focused sourcing
Source the gap
When the right asset or partner is not there, we find it in advisory mode.
- 5
Keep it connected
Context across capital, site, technology, and delivery, while you own diligence and decisions.
Linkpoint does not replace investment judgment. We make the commercial path more visible and the right counterparties easier to reach.

Common investor questions.
Something else? info@linkpoint.tech
What types of investors does Linkpoint work with?
Infrastructure funds, private equity, private credit, family offices, strategic investors, equipment-finance providers, lenders, and JV capital with a relevant AI infrastructure mandate.
Do you only work on large data-center developments?
No. We work across powered sites, data centers, energy, equipment, private AI, edge, networks, and technology-enabled platforms. The right size depends on the mandate.
Do opportunities need an anchor tenant or signed customer?
Not always. Contracted demand improves financeability, but some opportunities fit development, strategic, or risk-capital structures earlier. The question is fit with your mandate.
How does Linkpoint get paid?
Our role and economics are agreed in writing before introductions. Depending on the engagement, that can be advisory, sourcing, or success-based compensation.
Is this investment advice or a securities offering?
No. Linkpoint does not provide investment advice, sell securities, make recommendations, or guarantee financing or returns. Investors conduct their own diligence and make their own decisions.
Share your mandate
Have capital to deploy, or a thesis you want to build?
We qualify the mandate, connect relevant opportunities and counterparties, and source the right path when an immediate fit does not exist.
The more specific, the better the match
- Capital type and structure
- Target assets
- Check size and follow-on capacity
- Geography and exclusions
- Risk and return profile
- Demand or tenant requirements
- Hold period and exit
- Decision process and timing
We use your criteria to assess relevance, never to broadcast it.
